วัตถุประสงค์ ต้องดูที่ วัตถุประสงค์การจัดตั้ง
มูลนิธิเพื่อการพัฒนาการประกอบการธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม ได้รับการจดทะเบียนอย่างถูกต้องตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์แล้ว (เมื่อวันที่ นั้นๆ) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้
1.ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านเศรษฐกิจ อุตสาหกรรม และสาขาอื่นๆ
2.ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ การศึกษาดูงาน การฝึกอบรมการวิจัย พัฒนา และประกอบกิจการ อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องและมีความต่อเนื่องกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมและภาคบริการ
3.จัดตั้งสถาบัน ศูนย์ หรือหน่วยงานในรูปแบบหรือลักษณะต่างๆ ภายใต้การกับกำของมูลนิธิในการดำเนินกิจกรรมหรือโครงการต่างๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของมูลนิธิ
4.ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน ให้ความร่วมมือและประสานงาน ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสาธารณะ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของมูลนิธิร่วมกับองค์กรอื่นๆ
5.ไม่ดำเนินการใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมือง
