Elderly people with potential in landscape, knowledge, morality and wisdom
should be promoted as strong and valuable resources for as long
as possible by bringing this strength to create opportunities for
social development. This beneficial activity will make the elderly
feel happy and able to exercise physically, mentally and socially as
a person who develops according to the times ready to accept
change, be self-reliant and able to empower dependence to the
community and society.
At the present, all over the country, there are elderly people who are wisdom and there is
a club for elderly, which consists of elderly members are registered as
knowledgeable and volunteer ready to pass on knowledge and
experience to be beneficial to society, but lack of opportunity,
lack of space in society, lack of budget and channels for
dissemination of wisdom, making society can’t reach valuable knowledge, while those who are elderly wisdom want to participate in the development of the nation and country in
response to the initiatives of Her Majesty the Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother
on the issue of giving instructions on utilizing the potential and wisdom of the elderly for the benefit of society.
Department of Older Persons realized the importance of the
elderly have therefore promoted encourage the elderly to show
their potential by transferring knowledge ordered experience
suited to other people to continue Wisdom to maintain value with community
weaving power on the elderly for people of all ages is therefore a project to build relationships between the elderly and people of all ages and deep relationship is to create
happiness for the elderly in being a role model for children and youth by having the elderly educate them diversity that contributes to learning process and preserves local wisdom
and community way of life which creates happiness and value to the elderly.
It also encourages the elderly to be a force in driving society with wisdom, which is in line with the government policy to promote the development of children and youth to
become quality citizens and to enhance the elderly to have a better quality of life.
Dr. Chayanat Sangmanee is an entrepreneur in the construction and real estate business has selected a company to jointly invest and received support for business operations in
state affairs according to the government policy of the year 2015.

Objective
1. To encourage the elderly have a place to stay that was the

current economic conditions.
2. For the elderly to show their potential build a good relationships
between ages and people of all ages see the value of the elderly,
learn and share the good values of society. Propelled operating area in the area of the Center for Quality of Life Development and Career Promotion for the elderly targeted, the elderly and people of all ages in the area are appropriate to become a perfect aging society.
3. To be the right choice for the elderly to choose to create a new

This project is made for a clear target group of members for the
